Generate a Round-Robin Schedule
The schedule generator takes the stress out of planning by removing all the manual work that goes into creating schedules. All that’s required of you is to complete six simple steps!
You’ll first enter in your season name, number of divisions and teams, total games played per team and season start date. From there, type in your facility’s location and set the game length. Then, the final step is to set your game day availability.
Ta da! That’s it - click the Submit button and let our tool do the rest 💪
Customize Divisions, Locations and Add Blackout Dates
Once you’ve generated your draft schedule, you’ll be able to make changes. You can customize your divisions by adding team names or make any changes to the original information provided, such as game day availability.
Have certain dates during your season that are off-limits? Not a problem. Use the blackout date manager to add holidays, school closures or other one-off dates.
You can also create new locations, manage existing ones and remove ones that aren’t being used. It’s that simple!
Publish Schedule and Make Edits, as Needed
Once you’re ready, publish your schedule to your webpage. Your events page is built directly into your website and you can choose a plan to activate an entire website builder made for sports.
Regardless of which option you choose for promoting your schedules, you’ll still be able to manage events behind the scenes. Our schedule manager tracks your dates and facility availability so that you never run the risk of double booking a game.
Post Game Results and Track League Standings
One of the most requested features from customers is the ability to showcase team standings and post results. Now, you can do both with the new scheduling tool.
Once games have passed, add each team’s scores and our system will automatically generate division standings and showcase results.
