Sierra Swigert

Sierra Swigert is the Operations Manager at Jersey Watch, where she works directly with youth sports leagues, clubs, and volunteers to help them manage registration, websites, and day-to-day operations. She writes educational resources based on common questions from administrators and real-world experiences supporting community sports organizations. Before joining Jersey Watch, Sierra competed in cross country and track through high school and college, giving her firsthand experience with youth sports from an athlete's perspective.
